All audio, video and video clips and original scripts, recipes and demonstrations contained in this E-Video and Audio Library  is and remains the property of “Epuro Hands International Limited”. No licence or other rights are granted in respect of that content other than as set out in these terms.

All audio, video and video clips and original scripts, recipes and demonstrations must only to be used for private and personal use and not for any commercial purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others and cannot be forwarded to any other person or device.

All audio, video and video clips and original scripts, recipes and demonstrations can be accessed anywhere but must not be copied or stored anywhere.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epuro Hands International Limited does not guarantee that the Video Clips service will be uninterrupted or fault free or accessible at any given time. The content and performance of, and your access to and interaction with all audio, video and video clips and original scripts, recipes and demonstration Video Clip services, is subject to the limitations of the technology on which it is based and may be adversely affected by network performance and other operational factors beyond our networks control including congestion, the number of users accessing the Video Clips service at any one time, network coverage, dropped connections, the performance of the internet services and the use of secure network connections.

Epuro Hands International Limited reserves the right at any time to modify, extend or discontinue, either permanently or temporarily, all or any part of Genuine Maori Cuisine’s Library services without notice. Epuro Hands International Limited will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuance of the service.

Epuro hands International Limited ("Epuro Hands, "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. You must not publish any information, software or other material that contains a charity request, or a petition for signature. You must not place material which constitutes junk mail or unauthorised advertising, (including solicitation of other users to buy or sell any products or services), in a discussion area, except in those areas that are specifically designated for those purposes.

You must not flood. Flooding is:
• repeating the same line four or more consecutive times
• typing a lot of gibberish (random keys)
• repeating the same character excessively (including hugs)

We expect you to use a reasonable standard of language. You must not swear. Please speak English or Maori in these rooms.

Shouting is when you type in capital letters. It is rude to conduct all your conversation in capital letters. It is acceptable to emphasise a word or two, but do not type whole lines of text in capital letters.

5. Changing this policy

We may change this policy at any time by changing or removing existing terms or adding new ones. Changes may take the form of a completely new policy. We will tell you about any changes by posting an updated policy on our Web site. Any change we make applies from the date we post it on our Web site.
